Acadiana Karate has been in business for over 35 years teaching life skills such as self discipline, self confidence, self control and self defense through our time tested, age appropriate martial arts curriculum starting at the ages of 4 years through adult. In addition to the Martial Artists Against Bullying curriculum, instructors at Acadiana Karate have been certified in Verbal Self Defense, the same program that thousands of police officers have been trained in though out the country. We are proud to be a part of the Martial Artists Against Bullying program.
