Welcome Letter

Seven Dragons Kung Fu Club was established in 1994. I'm proud to say that I have work tirelessly over the past two decades to build it into a successful and friendly family orientated club with members ranging from 4 years old to adults of all ages.

Both children and adult students learn by following a structured syllabus that enables them to progress through the grading ladder. In addition to this, the children are taught anti-bullying strategies and work towards achieving important key life learning skill awards.

During lessons, both children and adults will participate in sparring, self defence techniques and forms (age and level appropriate) incorporating speed, agility and quickness. The health and safety of the students is paramount; therefore, appropriate sparring equipment will always be required when participating in this specific activity.

For parents/guardians peace of mind, I'm a qualified martial art instructor with over 25 years experience of teaching young children, through to adults of all ages with a fun, but disciplined approach to learning.

I hold the following current and up to date certificates: DBS Check (Disclosed Barring Service), UK Coaching Certificate in Child Protection and Coaching Young Performers in Sport and First Aid.

This club is affiliated with the BCCMA (British Council of Chinese Martial Arts) and holds a public and professional insurance.

MONDAY
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm Little Pandas / Junior Dragons (4 – 13 years old)
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Seniors)
Venue: Birchgrove Community Centre, Birchgrove, Swansea, South Wales, UK, SA7 9LD

WEDNESDAY
Time: 4.30pm - 5.15pm Little Pandas (4 – 6 years old)
Time: 5.15pm - 6.15pm Junior Dragons (7 – 13 years old)
Venue: The Dojo, Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre, Port Talbot, South Wales, UK, SA12 6QW
