We are located at 50 Main Street Suite B in Suisun City, CA. We train under the umbrella of Train4Life (T4L) Center which focus' on the mind, body and spirit of training in a variety martial arts including kajukenbo, kick boxing, boxing, judo, brazilian jiu-jitsu & MMA. Class schedules can be seen at train4life.info.
T4L also houses the W.K. Foundation which is a non-profit organization which is focused on our community, parents, children, and leaders. W.K. Foundation has developed the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Anti-Bully Program to education, and empower our community on how to respond to bullying. We are dedicated to making our community safe and empowering our children to become buddies not bullies.
W.K. Foundation also offers community programs:
Project Kahiau is every 1st and 3rd Saturday from 9am to 10am. It is classes which children can come and learn basic skills in wrestling, basic self defense with an instructor their age.
Ladies in Defense is every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 9am to 10am. These classes are offered to women of all ages to learn conditioning and self defense to aimed at promoting situational awareness; effective strategies for escaping an attacker; and how to control, strike, and submit an attacker.
The community programs are offered at no cost, however will accept donations. 100% of the proceeds go back to W.K. Foundation to the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Anti-Bully Program.

Ultimately leading them into the direction of greater understanding and quality of life.
To establish a Foundation, where revenues can be directed back into
Community projects, education, and instruction; also to provide assistance
And opportunity for those who have been abused and those unable to afford,
With goals solely focused on Fellowship and Growth.
To carry on the legacy of the Ramos Family’s dedication, integrity,
And excellence in teaching the God given Art of Kajukenbo.
